  4. After inspection, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.

Refunds are issued via the original payment method, such as:

  • bKash / Nagad / Rocket (for mobile payments)

  • Bank transfer (if applicable)

  • Store credit / voucher (if chosen)
